Malena oversees all aspects of Kopius’ global recruiting strategy. She helps the firm find and retain top talent, facilitates our Always Learning culture, and supports team members as they develop as industry-leading professionals. A multi-talented leader with a background in human resources, Matias leads our global operations. He helps the organization achieve its goals across several functional areas and is sought after for his analytical skills. Diego Anfossi

Diego is the Director of Client Delivery for our engineering team in Argentina. He oversees all nearshore client teams to ensure the highest quality of delivery every time. He started with the company as a project leader serving key client accounts in 2010. “I’m here to share what I’ve learned over my 30+ years as a software developer and engineer with our teams and clients. There’s always more than one way to solve a problem, and I love helping clients make the right choice for their business. Our nearshore teams are creative and excited to share their ideas, and bring something very special to the table for our clients.”
